I've just got my garment, why isn't it shiny?
In order to post your garment in its best condition your order will arrive with a layer of talcum powder on it. This is the best way to send garments and store them without them building a residue and becoming stuck together. This can easily be removed by rinsing the garment in warm water, allowing to drip dry and applying a lubricant or shiner for that high gloss look.

I have an allergy/sensitivity to Talcum powder or metals, what should I do?
When placing your order please put a note in the special requests so that the garment can be sent to you without too much talcum powder on it or with the metal pieces covered on the inside. PLEASE NOTE: Talcum powder is used in the making process and if you allergy is severe please contact us before ordering.

How do I look after my latex?
Am Statik has a full set of care items which you can buy from our store with your latex. Full care information can be found on our latex care page.

What size am I?
you can find our standard size chart here. If you have a measurement that is slightly different to the measurement (e.g. small top, medium bottom) as its made to order we can change the shape a little for you in making, please enter the request in the custom request bar.

My item doesn’t fit can I return my item?
As items are made to order. Refunds sadly cannot be given, however items can be adjusted, changed or altered in some way. Contact us with any problems.
Standard sized items may be exchanged within 14 days, however they must be in brand new talced condition (not tried on) in original packaging, Contact us how to proceed.
Custom orders are not exchangeable.

How do I get an item specially made or a bespoke piece?
Am Statik offers a full custom and bespoke service where you can have your wildest dreams imagined in latex from bedroom wear to cosplay or performance. See our custom ordering page for more information.

Do you do sales or special offers or bulk discounts?
Am Statik has sales and special offers on different items from the store throughout the year, watch the Facebook page and Instagram for offers and promotions. Bulk discounts are available on multiple purchases within the same size please contact us for more information.

I broke/ripped my outfit can it be fixed?
Am Statik offers a full repair service on all garments made by us. They must be fully washed and removed of all substances and silicone before posting back, washed and talced to ensure a better repair. Prices from £20, please contact if you have a repair request.

How long do I need to wait for my garment once Ive ordered it?
All items by Am Statik are made ready to order, please allow sufficient time for your garment to be processed and made. For standard sizing the ordering time is maximum 4-5 weeks and for custom design or made to measure the time is maximum 6-7 weeks.
If you are needing your garment for a specific time and you have a deadline date, please do contact us as we may be able to accommodate you with an express service.

My size isn’t on the standard chart?
If you don't see your size in the standard size chart this would then go through the custom sizing service which is a 25% surcharge. At Am Statik our made to measure service is meticulous with many measurements being taken to ensure you a fit that you love!
